1. SIGN UP FOR THE CLASS OF 2029 WELCOME AND SCHEDULE PLANNING NIGHT
Congratulations on your acceptance to Damien High School! Our Welcome and Schedule Planning Night provides vital information to help you and your family ease the transition from middle school to Damien High School. Please follow these steps below to sign up for one of our Welcome and Schedule Planning Nights.
1. The student and at least one parent will need to register to attend a Welcome and Schedule Planning Night meeting. Families can attend on one of two evenings: Thursday, March 20 or Wednesday, March 26. The meeting times are 6-7 p.m. Reserve your spot at the meeting by signing up in SchoolAdmin.
2. Inside your admissions notification envelope (sent by USPS 1st Class Mail on March 7), you have have access to important scheduling documents, information, and instructions. Please review all information, as we will address any questions you might have at your Welcome and Schedule Planning Night meeting.
3. At the Welcome and Schedule Planning Night meeting, we will walk you through the next steps your family can take to join our Damien community and prepare for Fall 2025. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to speak with academic department representatives and/or counselors regarding your son’s full schedule. At the event, you will also have an opportunity to submit your son’s Elective and World Language course preferences.
2. COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT DOCUMENTS
In your SchoolAdmin parent portal you will be asked to read, complete/submit, and sign-off on all of the following documents:
• Parent-Student Handbook Agreement Form
• Student Emergency Information Form
• Consent for Counseling Form
• Technology & Acceptable Use Policy
• Boundary Guidelines and Code of Conduct Form
• Permission for the Publication of Student Work/Pictures Form
3. COMPLETE YOUR 2025-2026 REGISTRATION - OPENS MARCH 21
Starting on March 21, you will be able to access the final registration forms to complete your enrollment in Damien High School for the 2025-26 academic year.

• Set up Tuition Payment & Billing Plan with FACTS Tuition Management Registration
4. SUMMER 2025 ATHLETIC & EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Need to make plans for the summer? Look no further than right here at Damien High School! Damien High School provides summer school options for students as well as summer athletic camps! More information about both offerings will be announced shortly.

At Damien High School, our mission is to provide an extraordinary college preparatory experience while keeping tuition as low as possible. We utilize the FACTS Tuition Management System to charge, collect, and process all fees and payments.
Damien High School relies on family fundraising to provide additional educational and extracurricular opportunities for students. The cost of education at Damien exceeds annual tuition. Two major fundraising events are held each year to financially help the school.
Parent participation is encouraged and welcomed. Assistance is needed for activities and programs throughout the school year.
The current student and parent communication are very important to us. There is information pertinent to the day-to-day operations at Damien High School, and we have many different ways to get the information out to you.
