The next step on the path to becoming a Damien Spartan begins with the enrollment process.
Please log in to your SchoolAdmin parent portal to complete enrollment.
Once you have registered with SchoolAdmin, you should read and provide the information needed on each of the documents and for each of the upcoming meetings.
1. COMPLETE YOUR ENROLLMENT
In your SchoolAdmin parent portal you will be asked to read, complete/submit, and sign-off on all of the following documents:
• Registration and Parental Agreement Form
• Student Emergency Information Form
• Parent-Student Handbook Policies Agreement Form
• Computer/Network User Agreement Form
• Consent for Counseling Form
• Parent Permission for the Publication of Student Work/Pictures
• Set up Tuition Payment & Billing Plan with FACTS Tuition Management Registration
• Class of 2028 Course Selection Form (INCOMING FRESHMEN ONLY)
2. COURSE PLANNING & SCHEDULING
Your admissions notification envelope (sent by U.S.P.S. 1st Class mail on March 1) contains important scheduling documents, information, and instructions. After you have received the mailing, please follow these steps to complete your son’s schedule planning.
- The student and at least one parent will need to register to attend a Welcome and Schedule Planning Night meeting. Families can attend on one of two evenings: Thursday, March 14 or Wednesday, March 20. The meeting times are 6–7 p.m. Reserve your spot at the meeting by signing up in SchoolAdmin.
- Please review all of the scheduling materials received in the mailing. We will address any questions you might have at your Welcome and Schedule Planning Night meeting.
- At the Welcome and Schedule Planning Night meeting, you will be asked to submit your son’s World Language course preferences (where applicable) and Elective course preferences. You will also have the opportunity to speak with academic department representatives and/or counselors regarding your son’s full schedule.
3. SUMMER 2023 ATHLETIC & EXTRACURRICULAR ACTIVITIES
Need to make plans for the summer? Look no further than right here at Damien High School! Damien High School provides summer school options for students as well as summer athletic camps! More information about both offerings will be announced shortly.

At Damien High School, our mission is to provide an extraordinary college preparatory experience while keeping tuition as low as possible. We utilize the FACTS Tuition Management System to charge, collect, and process all fees and payments.
Damien High School relies on family fundraising to provide additional educational and extracurricular opportunities for students. The cost of education at Damien exceeds annual tuition. Two major fundraising events are held each year to financially help the school.
Parent participation is encouraged and welcomed. Assistance is needed for activities and programs throughout the school year.
The current student and parent communication are very important to us. There is information pertinent to the day-to-day operations at Damien High School, and we have many different ways to get the information out to you.
