St. Lucy’s Priory High School Invites All to the Annual St. Lucy’s Musical – May 2-4

The Damien community is invited to the 25th Anniversary of St. Lucy’s Musical: A Regent Tradition.  Show dates are Thursday, May 2, Friday, May 3 and Saturday, May 4 at 7:45pm at St. Lucy's.  Tickets are $20 a person ($15 for children 6-12/ free for children 5 and under) and can be purchased online at https://stlucys.com/musical/

 

Mother & Son Mass & Breakfast – May 5

Spartan Families: Mother-Son Mass and Breakfast Is right around the corner and you don't want to miss out on this very special day. This annual tradition will be on Sunday, May 5, at Damien. It will start at 9:00 am in the Athletic Center and breakfast to follow in the Event Center. Tickets are available to purchase on the Damien website cost is $15.00 per person. You can bring your Mother, grandmother, aunt, or anyone that is special in your life, and of course you can bring them all. St. Monica’s Guild End of the Year Mass & Dinner – May 8

Spartan Parent Volunteers: to thank all volunteers for an incredible year, we would love for you to join us for a Mass and Dinner to celebrate and thank you for your time and service. The End of the Year Mass & Dinner will be on Wednesday, March 8, and begins with Mass at 7 pm, followed by dinner with family and friends. If you can attend, please RSVP to Mrs. Amrhein: amrhein@damien-hs.edu. Thank you so much for all your Support throughout the year.

 

Grad Bash (aka Grad Nite) – May 17

Seniors: if you are attending Grad Bash, you must turn in the permission slip by Tuesday, April 16, to Mrs. Amhrien.

Be A Spartan Ambassador for 2019-20

Spartans: Applications for next year's Spartan Ambassador program are now available. Rising juniors and seniors may apply by picking up an application from Mrs. Birchler in the 300 building or from Mrs. Pertusati in the counseling office. Applications are due by Tuesday, April 30. All applicants will be contacted in early May.

 

The Spartan Ambassadors are a group of dedicated students committed to the positive promotion of Damien High School. Ambassadors serve as liaisons between the Damien community and prospective students. Each member will have unique opportunities to develop communication, public relations, marketing, and interpersonal skills. Serving as a Spartan Ambassador is a commitment, as it requires a donation of time during class, lunches, evenings, and some weekends. Ambassadors are visible at many community and campus events including: Campus Tours, Preview Days, Middle School Visits, Prospective student visits, 8th grade Information Nights and any other events related to marketing and outreach.

 

Moms in Prayer - Every Friday

Moms in Prayer, we believe God changes lives and whole communities forever when moms gather together to pray. Our purpose is to pray for the teachers, staff and students at Damien High School. Experience the joy of replacing anxiety with peace and hope when you pray scripturally and specifically for your son and for Damien. You are invites to a powerful time of prayer. Every Friday morning in the chapel (building 200) at Damien 8-9 am.
