¡Hola, bienvenidos a mi sitio web! Soy Sra. Saldívar. This year I will be teaching Spanish I, Spanish II and Spanish I Native Speakers. This is my second year at Damien, and I am very excited to be working with such wonderful students and a supportive faculty. I am a native speaker of Spanish. I was born in Chiautla de Tapia which is a small rural village in the state of Puebla, Mexico. I have been teaching for 8 years, and I have found that I learn something different and interesting each year which helps to inform my teaching style. A mentor teacher once told me that "nothing in this world is new"; I think that about sums up my teaching philosophy and it is what makes me an "old soul." I hold a BA from California State University Northridge and am a helpless thrift store, crafts and shabby chic junkie with a loving husband and daughter.
