I have been a high school science teacher for 22 years, including this year. I have been here at Damien High School for the past 16 years, including this year, and I was at St. Lucy's High School from 1994-2000. I am currently the Dean of Curriculum and Science Department Chair at Damien High School and have taught: Introduction to Design (the 1st year of the Engineering curriculum), Chemistry in the Community, Honors Chemistry, Honors Biology, Biology 9, Earth Science, and Anatomy & Physiology. I graduated from St. Lucy's High School and did my undergrad work at UC San Diego. I then earned a Masters in Public Administration from the University of La Verne in 2002. I love teaching and I love science.....mostly I love seeing the passion and connections the students make while learning!
