Spartan Regiment Preview Show Tonight

The Damien High School Spartan Regiment will be competing in the Marching Band Open Series Prelims Friday, November 11, at Sierra Vista High School in Las Vegas. The Regiment will take the field at 9:52 am.

In preparation for Las Vegas, the Spartan Regiment will be performing their production, Shine, tonight, November 10, at 8:15 pm in Dick Larson Stadium. Admission is free to this special preview event. Shine is designed to be an uplifting show about being a positive force in the world.

The Spartan Regiment, led by director Matt Ray, percussion director Nick Curci and guard director Chris Velez, is comprised of students from Damien, Pomona Catholic High School and St. Lucy’s Priory. The team competes in the Western Band Association. The Spartan Regiment is divided into five different programs: Fall Marching Band, Color Guard, Winter Indoor Drum Line, Winter Guard and Concert Band.
