PVHMC and the Sports Medicine Center Doctors are coming to Damien for our Annual Sports Physical Fundraiser! Every athlete must have a physical completed every year, why not complete it at school and help support our Sports Medicine Program! Physicals are $25 by cash or check (Checks made Payable to PVHMC) Please book an appointment with Mrs. Truax to guarantee to be seen. We are limited to 120 athletes and Incoming freshman are welcome!
