Hi, I’m Travis Contreras and I have been an educator in the fields of science and mathematics for over 11 years, primarily at St. Lucy’s Priory High School. I am a Damien High School alumnus, class of ‘04, and UCLA alumnus, class of ‘09. 

Through my teaching experiences, I've had the privilege of inspiring students to explore and understand the fascinating worlds of physics, chemistry, environmental science, and mathematics. My goal is to make complex concepts accessible and engaging, fostering a passion for learning in my students. Whether it's through hands-on experiments, real-world applications, or interactive problem-solving, I strive to create an environment where curiosity thrives. 

I am looking forward to returning as a teacher at my Alma Mater and to serving this Catholic community. Damien High School instilled in me the desire to be a man of good service and faith, and I strive to instill this in my lessons and instruction.
