Fitness Training (Period 2)

Course Description

This course is designed to give students the opportunity to learn weight training concepts and techniques to achieve high level of fitness. Students will learn the basic fundamentals of weight training, strength training, aerobic training, and resources used to maintain overall fitness for life. Course will include both lecture and activity sessions with assessments to ensure safety, and enhance comprehension.
