Differential Equations (Period 7)

At the end of the course, students will have learned the following major concepts:

 1)      Understanding the origins of differential equations.

2)      Being able to verify which functions are solutions to particular differential equations.

3)      Will be able to solve certain types of first order differential equations.

4)      Will be able to solve special types of higher order differential equations.

5)      Learn about the Laplace Transform and its relationship to solving differential equations.

6)      Will be able to solve systems of linear first order differential equations.

7)      Will investigate possible series solutions of linear differential equations.
