Profile

I am so blessed to be joining the English department at Damien. I have been a Catholic school educator for 10 years and am very passionate about helping students discover a love for reading. I went to UC San Diego for both my undergraduate and graduate degrees. I hold a B.A. in International Studies (Economics/Political Science), an M.Ed., and two California Teaching Credentials (multiple subjects, and single subject for English). I spend most of my free time volunteering in various ministries at my parish, most recently as catechist for Confirmation classes.
