Information for Incoming Families

Following the Centers for Disease Control's advisory to suspend events including groupings of 50 or more, Damien High School has suspended on-campus classroom instruction, athletic practices, parent meetings, and other school-related events, including our incoming freshmen schedule planning meetings through April 1, 2020.

All Class of 2024 Schedule Planning will take place online. 

If you have previously selected a date for your Freshman Schedule Planning Meeting, thank you. If you have not yet selected a date, please log in to your Parent Portal and select a date for your Freshman Schedule Planning Meeting. 

Please note that a physical meeting will not take place on your selected date, however you must select a date for this enrollment checklist item, to ensure that all steps toward completing enrollment are visible in your portal. 

In the coming days, we ask that you:

  1. Look for a schedule planning packet of information that will be sent to your home address via US mail (Our goal is to have this mailing out sometime during the week of March 23 through 27). 
  2. You will receive a link to an informational webinar that will share the information related to your son's course selections for fall 2020.
  3. Our online Schedule Planning Information Webinar will provide instructions on how to submit your son's course selections so we can build student schedules for fall 2020.

Please do not cancel your Schedule Planning Meeting "appointment" in your enrollment checklist.
