Damien High School Tri-School Bus System
In partnership with Pomona Catholic High School and St. Lucy’s Priory
Each route requires a minimum of 15 enrolled riders to run. If this number is not met, Damien High School reserves the right to cancel the route and those enrolled will receive a refund and will have to find other methods of transportation.
Each student will receive a bus pass in order to ride the route of choice. If you lose your pass, you may contact the school office to obtain a new one for $10.
You may cancel at any time with a 30 day written notice. You must return your bus pass promptly in order for charges to stop. There will be no pro-ration for partial months.
Release of Liability
The Tri-School Bus system uses a contracted bus service, Visser Bus Services. By offering this courtesy service, Damien High School, Pomona Catholic, and St. Lucy’s Priory High School in no way assume responsibility relating to any injuries that may occur during travel within the Tri-School Bus system, including financial responsibility for injuries incurred, regardless of whether injuries are caused by negligence. Please be aware of the risks involved during travel while utilizing the Tri-School Bus system. These include but are not limited to injury due to accidents, vehicle malfunction, lost and/or damaged items, delayed travel, student altercations or disputes, and natural disasters. All students are required to make every effort to obey safety precautions as posted on the transportation vehicles, listed in writing and as explained to me verbally.
