Information Regarding Art Show

In terms of the Art Show this Saturday (05/05/18) ...
 
WHEN: Arrive no later than 3:45 PM, should go no later than 5 PM.
 
WHERE: It's in the Event Center.
 
ATTIRE: Please be wearing something nice, it doesn't necessarily have to be Mass dress but it is encouraged.
 
SIDE NOTE: Please be prepared to say something very small in regards to what your position was in the group. If you can not make it this Saturday, please have a parent or guardian notify me.

ART SHOW IS THIS SATURDAY, MAY 5TH... IN ACTIVITY CENTER

The Visual Performing Arts Department welcomes all family, friends and fellow Spartans to the second annual festival on Saturday, May 5 from 2 pm to 8 pm in the Event Center. The event is open to the community. Admission is free. The festival showcases student accomplishments, creations and works during the 2017-18 academic year. With over 250 pieces of art on display and performances, this is an art walk you won’t want to miss. VPA is comprised of Theatre Arts, Cinematic Arts and Music. The schedule for the day: exhibits on display during entire event, Theatre Arts performance at 3 pm, Cinematic Arts short film series at 4 pm, and the Jazz band takes stage at 5 pm. Come on out and support the Arts!

Individual Work Final Due Dates

DUE DATES - - FINAL PROJECT - -SEMESTER TWO


PRODUCERS: Production Schedule is due Monday, March 12th. (Must have at least 10 - 12 dates.)

Production notebook is due Tuesday, May 1st.



DIRECTORS: Marked script is due Monday, March 12th. (Must have at least 60 markings.)



CAMERA MEN: Shot list is due Monday, March 12th. (Must have at least 60 shots.)



EDITORS: Edit log is due Tuesday, April 10th.  (Must have at least 8 - 10 editing dates.)



ARTISTS: Storyboard is due Tuesday, April 10th. (Must be at least 15 -  20 pages.)



ACTORS: Actor essay is Tuesday, May 1st. (Must be 1.5 - 2 pages long, double spaced, font size 12.)

Shot List - - Template

Attached is the template for creating the shot list. - - For this first project you must put together at least 20 shots. Remember to make sure the timing of all the shots adds up to a minute and a half to two minutes. 

Important update!

Just a head's up: The Marked script, Shot list, and story boards are all dude in class next Tuesday, November 7th. This is a HUGE portion of your grade, do not forget to do it. NO LATE ASSIGNMENTS WILL BE ACCEPTED LATE.

Looking ahead... 9/4 - 9/8

Next week production schedule are due. attached is a template for the format.
Remember to have no less than 15 dates, times, locations and events.
Print out at least ten copies for every member of your group.
